When I meet a director or chief executive, company bosses or executives, managers or artisans, I meet people. What I mean is that my approach to carrying out work commissioned from outside is the same as my approach to creating my own personal fine art projects.

What matters most to me is listening to the story of the person in front of me, whether they are the founder of a company, a marketing director, an actor, a writer, a musician or an “ordinary” person. My way of really connecting, of finding empathy, common ground and sharing is to take a genuine, open interest in others, to hear how it all began, to learn about their career and life journey, and from there to develop the best photographic vision to convey their true identity.
